You can call 911 without fear of underage drinking prosecution

Last year, MSA was successful in enacting a medical amnesty law in Minnesota. This means that you and your friends will not be prosecuted for underage drinking if you call 911 for an emergency. The caller, the person in need of help, and up to two others are protected under the new Minnesota Medical Amnesty Law.
